Following on with my ongoing project of converting other franchises into 8bit, super-deformed sprites, using the same constraints as the 1993 video game SD Gundam: Gundam Wars (limited to 24x24 pixels, black plus three other colors), I ut together a Class of 1985 for the original BattleTech 2nd Edition tabletop game (renamed from the 1984 Battledroids).
Since the original game mostly used assets from Macross and Dougram, I was able to repurpose and relabel my original Macross assets, only having to recolor them to reflect the new color schemes. Afterward I only needed to add the Locust (Ostal from Crusher Joe), and the original Chameleon.
