Legacy of Yamato: 50th Anniversary Edition (2024)

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the first air date of Space Battleship Yamato (06 Oct 1974), I revisited my 2017 ink drawing "Legacy of Yamato," showing the original IJN Yamato at sea, with the BBY-01 Space Battleship Yamato rising up behind. I rebooted it as an all-digital illustration done in Photoshop. Due to popular demand, there is a landscape version, which mimics the original, and a new portrait version.
